What we learned about Georgia after the first week of the transfer portal

ATHENS — Perhaps it shouldn’t be a surprise that the developments regarding the future of the Georgia roster with the transfer portal have been slow.

Georgia has not yet brought in any players via the transfer portal in the first seven days.

Given that visits are allowed and ongoing, players are going to want to be judicious about taking those trips and seeing what is out there.

Georgia has had a handful of players come through thus far and will have more players in this week to visit.
