As season comes to an end, Georgia offense faces real questions about its future

NEW ORLEANS — You can understand a Georgia offense scoring just 10 points with a first-time starting quarterback against an elite team like Notre Dame.

That’s what happened in Georgia’s season-ending 23-10 defeat on Thursday.

But to call that offensive performance an outlier would be incorrect.

Georgia scored 3 points in the first half against Notre Dame, the same as it did against Texas in the previous game.
