Wrong-way driver charged with DUI in Gwinnett County

Gwinnett County police had to use a pit maneuver to stop a wrong-way driver.

Police say Yuris Garcia Galvez, 27, made a U-turn right in front of a cop and kept driving in the wrong direction and would not stop on Monday morning.

The Gwinnett police officer decided to use the PIT maneuver to keep the driver from crashing head-on into other drivers.

The woman was arrested and charged with DUI.
