From the University of Georgia master calendar…
Interior demolition of 5000 square feet within the first floor of the Journalism Building for MFA Film Production Studio Renovation will begin on June 22, 2020. This Interior demolition phase will be complete by mid-August. All work will take place inside the building; however, a few parking places accessed from Hooper Street at the SE corner of the Journalism Building will be fenced-in to accommodate dumpster location and contractor access. The construction phase of this project will commence in October 2020.
