Morgan Co businessman launches House campaign

wendell mcneal

Morgan County businessman Wendell McNeal says he will run as a Republican for a state House seat that will open with the pending exit of state Rep David Belton, who says he will not run for reelection in Georgia House District 114. It’s a newly reconfigured district that covers all of Morgan County and parts of Newton and Jasper counties.

From Wendell McNeal’s Facebook page…

I’m excited to announce that I will be running for State House District 114 that includes Morgan and parts of Newton and Jasper Counties.

We are at a crossroads and need bold leadership at the State Capitol to protect our children, safeguard our liberties, and stop Biden’s big government overreach into our schools, communities, and families. We need brave conservatives who understand the battle and will do whatever it takes to win the war.

That’s why I’m running. it is time for a fresh perspective from a conservative businessman and community leader that is willing to win the future for our conservative values – against all odds.

I humbly ask for your prayers and support and look forward to working hard to earn your votes.
