A State Trooper from Elberton is the new commander for the Georgia State Patrol post in Hartwell. Sergeant Tracy Webb is an 18-year veteran of the State Patrol.
Webb, 45, has been in law enforcement for 23 years. He transferred in 2018 from Madison and began working at Post 52 in September of 2018.
The police department in Danielsville will be getting some new patrol vehicles: the Danielsville City Council has signed off on the purchase two new SUVs.
