Traffic through the area will continue until removal of the old bridge which begins in 2024. A detour will be established to SR 400. A temporary traffic light will be installed at the intersection of Henry Grady Parkway and SR 400 in the interim to manage traffic. Full bridge closure is tentatively scheduled for February 2024. Once the new bridge is complete, the roadway will reopen. The completion date of the overall project is scheduled for November 2024. Traffic delays are anticipated.
