Former state Rep to serve as County Manager

Former Hall County state Representative Kevin Tanner has been named as the sole finalist for the County Manager’s job in Forsyth County. Tanner left his seat in the Georgia House earlier this year to wage an unsuccessful campaign for US Congress. He will replace former Forsyth County Manager Eric Johnson.

Kevin Little, who is leaving his post as Chairman of the Walton County Commission, will serve as the interim County Manager in Barrow County. Little will take over for Mike Renshaw, who is leaving Winder to take a county administrative post in Colorado.
