Anger and fear continue four months after the deadly shooting rampage at a metro school.
One by one, teachers, students, and parents lambasted the Barrow County School Board for not acting quickly enough to make Apalachee High School safer.
One student said there is no more security at the school than before the massacre, while another student said doors are still left open or unlocked.
Superintendent Dallas LeDuff says the district is going as fast as it can.
“It has been a very intentional process,” LeDuff said. “I think I am proud of the work our staff has done.”
A teen gunman is in custody and awaiting trial accused of shooting four people to death and wounding seven more inside the school.
