Police responded to reports of a man acting erratically on Milledge Avenue on Wednesday just before noon, reportedly naked, smoking a cigarette and shouting expletives.
When police attempted to apprehend the man, he resisted arrest and was tased by officers twice, according to police, before being taken into custody. No officers or bystanders were hurt.
